A Mission of Love for Senior Dogs
For many senior dogs, life can take an unexpected turn. They may find themselves in shelters after years with a family, abandoned because of medical costs, or simply overlooked in favor of younger dogs.
The Grey Muzzle Organization believes every dog — no matter their age — deserves to live out their days feeling safe, cherished, and loved. Their mission is simple but profound: improve the lives of atrisk and homeless senior dogs by funding grants for rescues, shelters, and sanctuaries nationwide.
Funding Hope, Changing Lives
Grey Muzzle doesn’t run a shelter — instead, they provide the resources that help other animal welfare groups do their lifesaving work. Through their grant programs, they fund everything from medical care, dental work, and hospice programs to adoption promotions and senior dog foster care.
The results are heartwarming: countless senior dogs have been rescued from shelters, given critical veterinary care, placed in loving forever homes, or cared for in hospice with dignity and comfort.
